Re: Match Day Thread: Portsmouth (FA CUP)
What a great attendance too. Especially given how cold it was. Long live the FA Cup.

Good to hear Blooms putting to bed some of the more outlandish rumours we’ve heard this week:

Re: Match Day Thread: Portsmouth (FA CUP)
got to say a proper fa cup atmosphere too, Oliver who took the sticks on the drum really got it going. Supported the singing not drowning it out. Terrace was a joy to be in last night, need the same for league games now.
Re: Matt Bloomfield to Luton?
He looked pretty happy in his interview last night, and even mentioned that he wanted Bradley and had spoken to Paul Warne about it, so it's not as if he's not getting anything his own way
Re: FA Cup Man of the Match - Portsmouth (H)
I thought the back four were excellent tonight, with special credit to Kodua given he had to play out of position. No doubt, Portsmouth were very poor, but the defence excelled regardless. I voted for Skura, but could easily have gone for any of the other three.
Re: FA Cup Man of the Match - Portsmouth (H)
Bradley for me. Nothing got past him plus he constantly kept an eye on Skura making sure he was ok. Special mentions to Kodura, whilst playing out of position, apart from the 1st 5 minutes was very good, especially when the odd moment he was allowed to spring forward, setting up Hanlon's goal. Also Butcher and Leahey were excellent in the middle.
Has anyone given thought to the mantra "Portsmouth were poor", maybe it was because we made them look poor? 🤷♂️

When we were Little Wycombe
He was our self styled bard
But once we hit the big time
@oilysailor showed us his own red card
Come back @oilysailor
You’ll never be forgotten
When it comes to penning FA Cup odes the rest of us are pretty rotten
Re: Match Day Thread: Portsmouth (FA CUP)
Haha - I unignored you just to see if you had something reasonable to say. Off you pop back on ignore.
Re: Match Day Thread: Poemsmouth
We signed Bradley to replace Caleb Taylor (Who’s done well!),
But we’re struggling to replace @oilysailor
