Re: Rumour Mill
The keeping situation already seems weird to me. Don't we have a keeper we paid money for sat on the bench?
Re: Mike Dodds
Good luck to him. Great opportunity and I'm sure he'll have the full backing of the supporters.
I'd have preferred to keep SG in place until the season end but hey ho. Hopefully MD takes a pragmatic approach to the remainder of this season and focuses on results in these games, rather than trying to imprint too much of his own tactics and strategy mid season.
Personally think it makes sense to have a specialist player recruitment function and then a separate coaching team. Obviously communication between the two is critical.
Re: Mike Dodds
Was always going to be someone random we've never thought about.
I'm actually more excited by this. Feels like a strange fresh start

38 years old. Never played football professionally. Started coaching at 18.
As a 36 year old who has never played professional football, but does have a sparkling record on Football Manager, I'm seriously questioning my career choices now.

Re: Mike Dodds
You are underwhelmed by someone who developed one of the world's best players and has had jobs at clubs far larger than Wycombe. Have a day off.
He seems like a decent bloke and is well regarded, good appointment.
Re: Mike Dodds
Excellent news. We can now move forwards and focus on the promotion push. Welcome aboard Mike
