Perhaps when the Labour government have taxed the farmers out of existence so they can cover the Green Belt with solar panels, we can build a stadium there with the roof covered with solar panels.

I would suggest even if we only got a slight rise in home attendance and bigger away attendances, it might do us quite nicely @PBo depending on the ambition of our owner and our fanbase. If we cannot dream of bigger crowds and hope for progression...there seems little point to the whole exercise.

The most likely outcome could be the redevelopment of AP. The idea of taking over the industrial estate has legs in my opinion. Not the more modern premises on Hillbottom Road but the south side which are mainly old small industrial units. Relocating those smaller businesses may be easier and it would free up a fairly large area for parking

Can I recommend that as many Gasroomers as possible give a look / listen to hear Phil C's chat with Phil Maunder-Walker. His story / outlook is remarkable and I for one will be looking out for his book, once it is available

@JockyMcsporrans Burnham. They play at Burnham, where the facilities and the food are great, even if the car park is a bit of a minefield. A cursory look at @Steve_Peart's excellent weekly posts on this would have told you.

My aging brain might be failing me but wasn't one of the many issues with having Wasps at Adams Park that we (Wanderers) only made money out of the deal if they drew crowds over 6,000 regularly and they rarely did, so we ended up losing money on the deal.
