Re: Match Day Thread: Preston (FA CUP)
Well 3 (Taylor, Low, Bradley), can’t imagine Skura will be ahead of him. Also 2 of them are on loan so I expect to see him first choice by the start of next season once he’s acclimatised.
westergaard may look rusty but you can see he’s got some ability to be fair
Re: FA Cup Man of the Match - Preston (A)
I imagine Dodds will factor in the 120 minutes today - I know we’re not playing midweek but it’ll be a good enough reason to rest either Low or Bradley. A lot of us agreed that Low and Taylor was one of our best defensive partnerships ever and adding Sonny to the mix, we are blessed to have such strength in depth.

Re: Other Football
Dykes barges a Newcastle player to the floor miles after the ball's gone, co commentator reckons that's "his role in the team".
That's ok then.

Re: Match Day Thread: Preston (FA CUP)
Thought Lowry looked pretty good. As he settles he’ll be a great option if Humphreys is ever unavailable or having an off day. Was impressed with the defence, Skura out of position looked good but we do need a proper RB as soon as possible. Went with four of my family, none of whom are Wycombe fans - all agreed that we were incredibly solid but lacked a bit going forward. Two said they thought Bakinson was MOTM, one vote for each of the CBs. Thought Bez was impressive too and he worked incredibly hard - if he had taken another touch when the ball sat up for him second half I think he scores. Shame about the pens but a good performance, and 17 games to get promoted!
Re: Reading offer Bearwood training ground to Wycombe
The "Bury" outcome is also a potential outcome - a zombie football club in no league with no players but does own the bricks and mortar while a phoenix club plays at Combined Counties League level.
I get the impression Yongge is a gambler chasing his losses, hopefully at some point he's going to cut his losses and just put the whole episode behind him. Whatever prestige owning Reading FC as a trophy asset may have given him in the circles he moves in surely has long worn off with his name becoming mud through his catastrophic mismanagement.
Re: Wycombe Wanderers Women
Coming up this weekend.

In November, the U18s won 3-2 at Andover, who sit three points below the Chairgirls, with three wins and thee defeats.
The U23s have won six of last seven games, and face a Milton side they defeated 2-0 in the reverse fixture two months ago.
The Firsts have no game, they were due to travel to AFC Portchester, who are now playing Abingdon United Devs away in the league cup, to decide who plays the Chairgirls in the next round.

Penn match report.
Re: FA Cup Man of the Match - Preston (A)
Bakinson? Great at breaking up play, but he couldn't trap a ball to save his life. His passing is non-existent. He wasted ball after ball for 120 mins
