Re: Random sightings of our players outside of football
I saw Jason McCarthy in Sainsbury’s in Marlow, shopping with his family just before Christmas a few years ago. I’ve also seen Sam Vokes , with his family, coming out of Laurents in Marlow.
Used to see Gareth Ainsworth in Marlow Starbucks on a Saturday morning quite often, which seemed odd as there are so many better places to get a coffee in Marlow.
Re: Random sightings of our players outside of football
Oh I also saw Rob Lee in John Lewis once too.
The London Bus Emporium also did children’s birthday parties. What a time to be alive.

Re: Random sightings of our players outside of football
Popular with the wanderers players of the time. Kerr, Keith Ryan, Steve Thompson etc.
The Bus Emporium was 30 years ahead of its time. I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s viewed as a liar when I mention it.

The London Bus Emporium!!!!! Like a fever dream.
Anyone remember The Attic? (or the 'Tic, for young hipsters such as myself)
Re: Rumour Mill
On absolutely no evidence I think Kone will end up with West Ham.
He appears to be a better player with each passing week and it would be a shame for him (I think) to go to a club like Luton who it is hard to see being Premier bound in the near future. If he does go to Luton it will be that he feels he owes something to MB who, to be fair, seems to be primarily responsible for cultivating an unknown, raw talent into a player who is already in the multi-million pound bracket.
Re: Rumour Mill
Sadly not. The old phrase “if you’re watching in black and white, the yellow ball is next to the blue” was very real and very painful.

Lesbian.
1. Frenchman congratulating Les.
2. Appeal of a frustrated cross-dresser with a lisp

Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
I mean I know he is used to working for shadowy rich people, but when your new manager leaves his team in a relegation battle in the Saudi League, it's not a great look.
I did not realise Holden and Beale had also been there with him.
'...a chance to experience another culture...' my arse.
No marquee big name former England players who struggle to manage please, Lommy.
Re: Required points for promotion.
FWIW, I like to do a list of predictions for Wycombe’s remaining games just after Christmas, trying to be as unbiased and realistic as possible. I had us down for W10 D5 L5 before we played Charlton (A) which would mean a final total of 86 points.
