Re: Attendance Prediction - Burton Albion (h) - Tues 4th March '25 - Match 34 in 24/25
I can't quite believe noone used that number sequence in their prediction. It seems so obvious now.
P**s poor turn out mind you ...

That’s what the club might be called on Poirot when you get someone to dress up as you and go to the match at the same time as you are busy murdering your rich father-in-law for their inheritance (although it turns out they were in fact penniless.)

POTY, @ReadingMarginalista. "A cold sponge revives a dazed player" = concussion protocol.
Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
Talk of the red card has just reminded me that Cousins only got a yellow for THAT tackle!
Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
Yes, the yelp (for the TV mikes) and roll that has become the norm in the Premier League is irritating.
I have to agree that although I thought it was a yellow at the time, I could also see why the ref would give it as a red even without 26,000 people screaming 'Off!'
Re: Match Day Thread: Burton
What i would say on the run in, thankfully we play Bolton Charlton Orient and Stockport as the last 4 games. fingers crossed the majority of teams have already secured their play off position and will be resting players for that while the others are too far away to make it. Wishful thinking hey

Re: Match Day Thread: Burton
I’m sure a few opted for Wycombe on the telly rather than actually go to the game.
