Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
I’ve just caught up on 60 posts, the majority of which are the Rice fanatics relentlessly telling people who’ve pretty much given up posting to ‘move on’.
Maybe if you moved on from telling people to move on we could all move on?
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
You’ve just said it doesn’t if he was forced out as manager. That’s not showing respect.
It seems success isn’t a criteria for those in charge otherwise we wouldn’t need of a new manager.
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
This endless rehashing of the same divisive posts risks causing the enshitification of the Gasroom.
C’mon esteemed posters, let’s not turn this space into something more toxic like most of the rest of the t’interweb. Like many others, I come here for a break from the relentless ‘us v them’ divisions we see on the major platforms
All we are saying… is give puns a chance.
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
Oh fucking hell is this still chuntering on? People keep saying move on until there's another piece of 'evidence' they think proves their point and fire it up again.
Can someone start a Bloomfield v Rice thread and the tedious hysteria can live there forever?
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
We gave a huge shit, the trust and its members fought like hell to keep the club alive but the choices were limited by the time of the vote.
Re: Match Day Thread: Northampton
I think that's a reach, but we can all have our own interpretations
Re: Match Day Thread: Northampton
If I dare post something that isn't about MB... This X account posts updates weekly on every team's PPG and how this tracks with the expected PPG required to achieve promotion, play offs etc. Our update for this week clearly shows the recent stumbles, but we are (just) tracking ahead of the promotion line for now. We do need to improve the points return though if we are going to make 2nd though imo.
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
#cringe change the record....this thread is NOT about your love for Blooms , if you want to set a group up for that then please do so, sure you would be chief poster
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
Whether he was pushed out or not is largely immaterial now. He's gone. It's happened. He's managed 3 games for Luton, and we are managerless.
If he was genuinely pushed out, then of course I'm disappointed, it would've been incredible to see him manage us to promotion, but it doesn't change the fact that Wycombe Wanderers continues with or without MB.
I support the team and the club, regardless of who picks the team (cue Dan Rice picking the team conspiracy theorists).
