Re: New signings - what is their fitness like?
That very first pass by Simons reminded me of the one Mehmeti made straight after coming on for his debut. Very early impression on a very small sample size is that he's a more mobile Morley.
Re: New signings - what is their fitness like?
The one real positive from yesterday was that Simons seemed to slot in perfectly immediately. Composed and looked to make the forward pass. If fit, I think he'll start almost every game for the rest of the season.

Re: Match Day Thread: Crawley
He doesn't *look* comfortable in interviews, but bloody hell, he's far from alone among managers / head coaches in that.
Re: Match Day Thread: Crawley
Agree with the above - people still bring up many things from the past all the time, so it's weird how this has to be an exception. Mr. Wycombe being forced out by...Wycombe - when in the autos no less - is one of the most seismic things that could possibly have happened to our club. The fact it has been played so cleverly that so many fans think it was Blooms who is disloyal, is staggering.
There are also significant consequences to our carefully crafted club culture, and that is worthy of present debate.

Re: New signings - what is their fitness like?
Since 1st July, so our 24/25 season Anders has played 1341 minutes including 45 minutes for Molde 2 in the fifth division of Norwegian football.

Re: New signings - what is their fitness like?
His last first-team appearance: 62 minutes - 30th December 2023 - Hearts 2-2 Ross County
Re: New signings - what is their fitness like?
No one has suggested he should. But I guess the theory is that when you sign a player it is with the purpose of improving upon what you have. I’m guessing that fitness is not the issue with the majority of the new signings.
Re: Match Day Thread: Crawley
It's a football forum where people come together and exchange views and opinions as they see fit.
This is a privilege afforded to us by Doctor Congo and those other clever people.
Nothing tells me not to move on than someone telling me to do so.
The date may change but the truth doesn't unless, of course, you are a revisionist.
