because you’re not actually doing anything about that. That happened. Might happen again. But instead, you’re focusing on the few that said it didn’t happen.

But I guess the fight against that few is the easier fight to have.

He was treated shitty. 100%. What are you going to do about it, other than bring it up ad nauseam on a forum that can do, quite frankly and excuse the language, fuck all about it.

If you have strong feelings about it - actually DO something to address it.

The 1887 fan group was fed up with the poor atmosphere so they are doing something about it rather than just moan about it over and over and brow beat people into changing their minds.

Sure, a football forum is a great place to discuss things. It’s also a fantastic place to navel gaze and complain about things without doing anything about it because it’s too hard (like try and get a billionaire and his hires to change the way they treated an dedicated player and ex manager).

But ultimately, if you’re not willing or able to find away to do something about something your unhappy with (set up an organised group against the leadership for example) then what’s the point in just attacking people you think are slighting MB?

Of course a forum is the place to discuss things, its mad to think we'd all agree on everything, just cause we follow and want the same for a football team. In some situation you may want them to pass or shot, but at the end of day we want what's good for the club. People are allowed to judge/interpret things how they see fit. Some people will like Blooms for all he has done. Some may not like that he went to Col U of all clubs and nothing else. Some may think leaving when he did for what ever reason it may of been or what we think it may of been is by the by, some may think just cause something is hard or not the way you want it, that you shouldn't walk out on things you love. At the end of it, its someone's thought process at a particular time which may change over time/experience/knowledge. But as many have stated this is unusual times for this club.

So lets just enjoy the ride (one hell of a one) and talk like fans that stand/sit/sing/cry/dress similarly together.

And I don’t think any of us would want him to do anything else.

But yeah, and at a different club, those protests against the Glazers probably felt like an uphill struggle at the start….

If we were proposing a new training ground (as the Couhigs were trying to get) then this might have been usable as a precedent, however it seems a huge stretch to think it would convince a planning committee or insector to approve a 12-15,000 seater stadium and the associated parking.

To be honest, I'd be perfectly happy with the group who got us to the top of the table being fit and playing, with the exception of Simons turning out to be an able deputy for Morley.

We didn't win a game. This will keep happening when we don't win games.

If we did blow out of even the playoffs, the fury will not be a pretty thing.
