WEMBLEY CASH INJECTION.

Does anyone know how much the club will have made from getting too and playing at Wembley?

Comments

  • At least £300,000

  • Does that include profit from the semi final?

  • Yes. The profit from final will be considerably more though.

  • Not bad sum to knock off bills, hopefully we can balance the books and let Ainsworth play with 50k and get us a gem of a play maker midfielder or striker, as a Thankyou to the Gaffer

  • I think whilst it would be fantastic to sign a couple of players with the money, in reality the best use for it would be to sort the ongoing cash flow issues, so bills can be paid without worrying about being forced into administration every other week

  • If we don't take the initative and invest just a little, our momentum will have been lost. We are up 300K'ish, so pay some bills and invest a little on our depleted squad.

We were very very lucky the last 6 games when we could'nt even name a full bench, wheels just managed to stay on.

  • How has this £300k figured been calculated?

  • I suspect there's an element of guesswork involved in that particular figure, nonetheless the GasMan lays out the mechanics of how it works here:
