Anywhere decent to eat in town after the match?

It's a long time since I stopped in the town centre after a match. There used to be a nice Chinese and Indian near the Law Courts. Any other recommendations (other than the usual chains)?

  • Blue grass opposite the old Anchor, superb brisket, por, chicken, and ribs.
American themed bistro, slow cooked and extremely tasty,

  • I got a soft spot for G'rillers, Ummmh, feeling hungry now.

  • Depends how much you want to spend, but it's hard to beat The Sausage Tree.

  • Under the same ownership as the Bootlegger and they're not awfully fond of football supporters.

  • Apparently the sausage tree has stopped doing sausages which seems a bit odd given the name
