It reminds me a little of the days we had Johnson and Williamson which looks looked a cheat code, but back then there was a feel we needed an experienced brute to support them. We brought Nethercott in.
Different circumstances but we're feeling more secure than we did last week.
Will be interesting to see what the Danish fella is like.
I've only just noticed Low hasn't featured in any of our Cup games so far. Perhaps, if there are negotiations ongoing he's been left out but as you say he could actually be ill.
Not sure we will ever know but doesn't help the situation looking on from the outside.
I meant it in the much lauded progressive ball playing stylish football of the early season that everyone dreamed of post (and during ) GA's reign. I just wondered if Bradley was a stats signing (% of time forwards end up on floor rubbing head) or a Matt signing (you know I think we do actually need a bastard at the back).
Don't get me wrong...whoever decided on the loan has my respect!
Do you think Matt (or the stattos) would sign a Bayo?
Bradley reminds me of Terry Evans (but with the ability to pass it) - a warrior, a leader, tough tackler, great in the air, massive threat at set pieces.

Maybe a bit old fashoned but I love defenders who play like there's nobody in goal
Low is a powerhouse in the air though.
I'd say Skura is a much better example for your initial post.
Isn't Bradley what they used to call 'a bit of steel in the backline?'
Are we saying he was a Matt call rather than a stats call? (He does not seem to be an MB sort of player.)

Sonny could be a Wycombe legend.
British steel combined with European silky skills and a long throw might make any departures slightly more tolerable!
And if Low stays, We've got quite a decent defensive unit.
Even if Low does go, which I think he will, we will have Sonny and Anders plus Skura as backup.
Do championship clubs really care enough about the cup to insist potential signings are not cuptied?
or given the amount of flu this year, is it more likely that Joe is just ill?
What is a "MB sort of player?" Would Bayo and Mr Bean be ones for example?

Sonny is a legend after only two games, brilliant signing.!!!
I thought Bradley was immense last night.
Knew when to play from the back. Knew when to get rid. Didn't shirk from anything. Just what we need. Credit to the analysts

He also deserves to have a chant to match.
Ohhhh... SONNY BRADLEY!
No re last point.
As much chance of it being a leave him out to avoid injury risk as about the cup tie element.
Though he could just happen to be ill days before he's sold.
According to Matt's post match interview with Ian Abrahams, Joe Low has tonsilitis...

Really doubling down on it.
Or the gasroom cynicism squad have gone too early.
Tonsillitis makes it difficult to swallow. Swallow starts with the letters SWA. As does Swansea. Go figure.
‘One swallow does not a Summer make’
Which is when Joe’s contract runs out.
Go figure.
If Low goes we will definitely bring in Lloyd Jones or another
I went figure. It left me with a sore throat.
You heard it here.
