Morecambe (a) - Attendance Prediction Thread Match 28 - Sat 22nd Jan 2022
For those thinking of making the journey, or weighing up the chances of the locals turning up in force the BBC weather forecast at the moment for Sat in Morecambe says: 7° - feels like 5° overcast - light cloud with gentle breeze and low chance of rain.
Morecambe recent home attendances have been remarkably consistent. I guess their result at home against Wigan tonight will be a factor, possibly even for both sets of supporters, and perhaps we have an additional attraction as "top of the league side".
So I will factor in a draw in their game tonight and go

I forecast that this will be a game where a lot of forecasters will be close.
The deadline for a prediction on this thread will be 14:00 tomorrow - one hour before kick off. Respect to all those who travel to the game.

4,321 with 321 hardy Blues.
3751 with 262 excited at seeing the sea
I was wondering if anyone would use this very elegant deployment of sequential digits - an outlier in terms of other predictions but in my mind far from impossible that it will be very close. There were 5359 on Tuesday night at Morecambe for the visit of Wigan with their big away following.
So the early award for the best use of numbers on the run goes to @MindlessDrugHoover - hope this doesn't work like Manager of the Month.

For the first time I will be watching this game from a little known remote French speaking region of the Cambridgeshire fens - I am not quite ready for a long away trip yet.
Below is the list of those who have frequently predicted and who I reckon have yet to do so for this game - which does offer a better than most chance of making a bullseye forecast.
There is no pressure - I find the "Derby County and the EFL" thread complusive reading too.
As always anyone is welcome to have a go at guessing the crowd.
