Kind of implies he is upset by Kashket release, followed by a picture of himself with the caption "....."

Sounds like a typical reaction from someone sad to see a teammate and friend leave?

I mean come on, he’s posted a photo of himself with four dots. How is anybody reading anything into that?

He may be upset, but there are different kinds of upset. I would guess he is more upset with saying goodbye to a friend, than upset with the club.
