Yeah, Gibraltarians get British passports, so he has the right to live and work in the UK.

Just a few internationals. I remember a mazy run that ended in a goal, i forget who against now. Locals are very excited about him and he’s the star of the best team in the Gibraltar League, Lincoln Red Imps.

If we sign De Barr then we've got more than the bare minimum number of internationals needed to get games called off. Only huge clubs have that.
