I think we are going to wait until the free agents get more desperate, and the musical chairs for PL loanees reaches a crescendo...
I'd imagine either the club or the player preferred a loan move in the hope that he will eventually turn out for Bristol, I'd see it like that rather than a snub to Wycombe
If think it's just cool we are in a position to even make bids for players, rejected or not.
