Ian Henderson

Rochdale may apparently not be able to afford to keep him.

On record as praising Wycombe's "amazing togetherness".

Could we afford him and should we want him?

  • We know he can absolutely still do a job at this level, but he's 35 and I'd say now more than ever it's important to be looking at longevity and sell-on value when it comes to signings. If we're still in League One then we might think about it, but he wouldn't be top of the list imo.

  • There's a limit to how many oldies you can have, may depend on which of ours carry on.

  • I was impressed with Owen Evans in goal for Cheltenham last night. On loan from Wigan apparently.

I cant see Evans playing for us or ahead of Rocky. Good potential though. Regarding Ian Henderson, a possibility and definitely would score 15 plus goals in a season so maybe. Hopefully he'll get better with age.

  • Interesting last two sentences @thedieharder !
