Great story. I’ve had a small involvement with FFIT and it’s a fine scheme.
I know I push this a fair bit but the WWSET really do deserve credit for the excellent work they provide to community health. I would urge any middle age over weight male to seriously considered joining the next FFIT course, following this my fitness levels are 10x better than before my heart attack and believe me prevention is better than cure!
