Just to offer a little balance, whilst on paper this looks amazing (and he has actually played games)- remember how excited everyone was about Luke Bolton
There’s a very important difference, though. Aaron has played over 20 games in Newcastle’s first team and he’s aged 23; Luke was a teenager with no first team experience and he was also very unfortunate with injuries.
not sure it's season long or until January as the club site says (suggest BBC has got it wrong)
Aarons joins Wycombe Wanderes on loan
Newcastle United
Newcastle winger Rolando Aarons has joined League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers on a season-long loan.
The 23-year-old winger was heavily involved for the Magpies in pre-season but Steve Bruce was unable to find room to include him in his 25-man squad for the Premier League campaign.
From a Newcastle supporting friend: "He flatters to deceive. But for League One he should be quality IF he’s got the drive to do well. Sadly we offered him a new contract 3 years ago due to interest from other clubs and is always injured or just doesn’t turn up when he’s played"
I've suggested that Ainsworth is the perfect person to sort out any perceived attitude/application shortcomings.

have to say I wondered that @fame_46. maybe only until January.

Wow. Gareth's not just pulled a rabbit out of the hat; he's produced a hare.
Ronaldo Aaron's from Newcastle United
Another forward. Fred out for a while??
Quite a coup though on paper at least.

Fred or Smyth possibly out long term?

BBC has got it wrong (or NCL have changed their story).

But how much is he on...?
13 January seems an oddly specific date for the club to state if it is not correct.
can't be a season long loan can it dummies as were already 6 weeks into the season !!
ohhhhh Gareth Ainsworthhhh
Sheffield Wednesday ST holder at work amazed by this. Says he was excellent for them.
Gareth suggests both Fred and Paul Smyth will be out for a while.

It's two days after we play away at Sunderland AFC...
Sounds like an exciting signing.
Slightly dissapointed he's not a goalie
Gareth said he wanted to add "one or two". There's still hope!
If we score three goals a game Rocky is allowed two mistakes Righty! (Simple maths)
Let's enjoy the ride. Interesting to read this guy set up Mike Williamson for one of his few goals for Newcastle.
Seems like an extraordinary signing. The only downer being that it confirms longish terms injuries to Fred and Smyth.
