  • King Kone!! get in

Good lad mccleary, moments that count, on the money

  • Stop fucking around and give the job to Super Sammy Grace

  • A fantastic win and very glad for SG to get a win at home as the manager. I wonder how many times he dreamed about something like this when stood on the terrace. He really is one of our own.

However.... Was that me reading more into it than necessary, but was that @bluntphil dropping heavy hints on an announcement soon regarding a new Head coach by telling us to key our eyes peeled on Social Media?

  • Watching those highlights back, what I love about the red card is Sonny Bradley sprinting 30 yards to appeal to the ref.

He’s been here weeks and he’s already Wycombe-ised and cares for his teammates

  • @flymofrank - I scared the living daylights out of my cats (& perhaps the neighbours) when Kone scored the winner

  • Sam Grace in/out is going to be like the Hokey Cokey, right?

We won a game with Drysdale as the ref! Whoever said he just favours the home team may be right.

  • Huddersfield really pushing for an equaliser here, Birmingham seemingly pushing for a red card.

  • Well done Sam Grace. 2 wins and a draw as interim head coach. Brilliant.

  • GET IN THERE!!!!!!!!!! Deserved winners (even if we could have lost it before we scored the winner!).

And Wrexham losing. F*ck off Deadpool.

  • Does anyone know when Sky decide on the Tottenham Hotspur v Wycombe Wanderers kick off date/time?

  • oh and a big two fingers up to all those who doubted SGs team selection before kick off...

  • The gap between us and the chasing pack…I can’t remember the last time we had this kind of advantage as we approach February.

  • Keep the lad.

  • Can we please get Richard a better chant for the rest of the season?

  • Be nice to finish with that record and have someone in for Saturday.

  • Spot on. We don't have many nasty players any more. We need that mean streak.

  • I didn't think we were great at all to be honest. Could easily have lost, let alone drawn. Kone and Humphreys were brilliant but aside from that there were few really good performances.

However, it's huge 3 points and gives us a massive gap over the chasing pack.

The next three are very winnable so a small run of form could give us an incredible platform to see this over the line in the spring.

  • And it all turned round after @Konetheming had to get back on shift collecting the trollies up the Asda.

  • I actually think, for the most part, we were fantastic. The red card might have actually have hampered us a little as they ended up with everyone behind the ball, playing on the counter.

  • Six points clear of Wrexham and we still have to play them at AP. HUGE night and a brilliant time to get another late winner. COME ON!

  • We are going up say we are going up

(Waving arms around laterally with forearms in a jerky motion, tongue out and skipping around bumping into things)

  • And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why we support Wycombe Wanderers. Every emotion in that game, but always felt we would win it.

Kone, obviously POTM. But Luke, Josh or Cam could easily take that award. For Dan had a great game and Bez was feisty as soon as he came on. Limited from Magnus, but a couple of nerve free short passes.

Dec has been brilliant defending, he’s just got to make decisions quicker on the ball.

And Sonny is turning into an absolute revelation. With Anders still to come into the team, no, losing Joe would be awful, but we would be OK and Dec and Sonny seem to be forming a nice partnership.

  • Not with there @Glenactico. Some really good performances and kept plugging away. How many saves did their keeper make and Scowen will definitely score one day! Great cross from GMac, good performance from Leahy after early card and Humphreys had a good un as well.

  • Does anyone else feel we needed that as a fanbase? Very cathartic win, just like Mansfield in some ways, except Kone in front of the terrace is a great way to end it.

Here is an incredible stat: We ended the shortened 2019-20 season with 59 points after 34 games. We have 58 from 28 this season!

  • I'll compose my thoughts later on but for now GET THE F*CK IN
